1Return Window

Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • All seals, shrink wrap, and safety seals must be unbroken
  • Product must be in resalable condition

3Non-Returnable Items

  • Arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you

5Wrong Product Delivered

If we sent you the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details
  • We will arrange immediate collection
  • Correct product will be delivered at no additional charge
  • You will not be charged any return shipping fees

7Return Shipping Costs

Returns Due to Our Error: (Wrong item, damaged, defective product)

  • We cover all return shipping costs
  • Collection may be arranged at no charge

Returns Due to Customer Preference: (Changed mind, ordered wrong product, etc.)

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable
